Golden ripples reflect across an untouched African sunset to the cry of a circling fish eagle.

Haijaguswa Anga means “untouched sky” in Swahili.

As the sun slowly sets over the African horizon, the sky is painted in a breathtaking display of fiery oranges and radiant golds. The tranquil waters of the lake are awash in a warm, golden glow, reflecting the last rays of sunlight that dance across its surface. It's a scene that could easily be mistaken for a painting, but it's real, and it's happening right before my eyes.

Suddenly, I hear a high-pitched call that echoes across the stillness of the lake. I look up to see a magnificent fish eagle soaring majestically through the sky, its wingspan stretching out as it circles above. Its sharp eyes scan the lake and bush below, searching for its place to rest for the night. The sight of this magnificent creature against the backdrop of the golden-hued sky is awe-inspiring, and I feel privileged to witness it. It's moments like these that remind me of the beauty and majesty of the natural world and leave me humbled in its presence.
