I am a South Africa based photographer, writer, and founder-led creative professional with a long-standing interest in place, atmosphere, identity, and visual storytelling.

My work is shaped by close observation and by the belief that distinctive places deserve more thoughtful ways of being seen and understood. Through both photography and narrative, I focus on what gives a place its texture, presence, and emotional character.

This service grew from that same foundation. It is designed for clients who want a more authentic and visually coherent way of expressing what makes their place memorable.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I work with places that have a strong sense of identity and want to express it more clearly. That may include safari lodges, private reserves, small game reserves, conservation areas, boutique hotels, guest houses, retreats, heritage properties, and other distinctive destinations.

  • No. While hospitality and destination led brands are a natural fit, I also work with conservation areas, place based projects, and organisations whose story is rooted in landscape, heritage, wildlife, architecture, or a meaningful sense of place.

  • That is absolutely fine. In some cases, the need is not to start again, but to bring more clarity, cohesion, and distinctiveness to what already exists. I can work with an existing foundation and help strengthen the story, refine the messaging, and identify what may still be missing.

  • Yes. This service is well suited to places that are launching, evolving, rebranding, or trying to become better known. That may involve shaping a stronger core story, creating visual material, refining website messaging, or helping define how the place should present itself from the outset.
